  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
  • thawed and drained
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 1 day ahead to allow flavors to blend well.

Create a bread bowl by hollowing out a loaf of round crusty bread. Place dip in bowl and serve with bread cubes made from the bread center.
