Ingredients

  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • Half bag of mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2- 2 1/2 cups swiss mix
  • 8oz semi sweet bakers chocolate or chocolate wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Melt peanut butter, sugar, chocolates, & swiss mix on low heat until smooth.

Step 2

Add marshmallows heat until melted.

Step 3

Turn off burner and add oatmeal stir until combined.

Step 4

Spray cooling surface with no stick spray.

Step 5

Spoon cookie mixture onto surface and allow to cool and set.
