Chocolate Chunk Butter Tarts

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Chocolate chunks (2-4 squares semi-sweet chocolate)
  • 12 medium tart shells

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients.

Step 2

Place a couple of chocolate chunks in the bottom of each tart shell. Spoon mixture into tart shells.

Step 3

Bake in a 450 f oven for 12-14 mins.
