Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 4 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Knead butter, icing sugar and flour together until smooth.

Step 2

Roll into a log shape and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Pierce with a fork and place on a cookie sheet.

Step 4

Bake at 350 until almost slightly brown.
