Ingredients

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
  • Tomato 3
  • Peas 1/2 Cup
  • Cauliflower 2 Piece
  • Eggplant Small 1
  • Carrot 1/2
  • Potatoes 2
  • Any Other Vegetables 1/2 Cup
  • Green chilli 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • fennel seeds Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Amchoor Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Chopped Coriander 1/2 Bunch

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter in pan and add cumin,chopped onion and garlic and ginger.
Fry until garlic turns slightly brown.
Add the tomatoes and green chillies.
Add Salt Turmeric Chilli powder Coriander Powder fennel seeds Powder and saute.
Add Amchoor Powder and Kasoori methi and saute well
Add all the vegetables cooked well and some water .Bring to Boil.
Remove from flame and add butter top it with chopped onion.
Serve hot with bhaji.
