Ingredients

  • 1 Cabbage
  • 1 cup Long- grain Rice
  • Pound ground beef
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Can of tomato juice (540 ml)
  • Can of Spaghetti sauce your choice flavor

Preparation

Step 1

Large knife cut out core of cabbage
place cabbage in deep pot pour boiling water over let sit till outer leaves can come apart.
Parboil leaves till soft

Step 2

boil rice
Cook ground beef add pepper when almost done add chopped small pieces of onions
than add together and add half can of spaghetti sauce

Step 3

Line roasting pan with cabbage place spoonful of rice mixture, roll and tucking ends
Pour tomato juice over rolls
n add rest of speg sauce on top of leaves
Cover with tin foil

350F (180C) oven
1-1/2 to 2 hours or till tender
