Cream of Wheat with a Boost

Ingredients

  • 2 c water
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c quick cream of wheat
  • 3 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Place water, milk and salt in medium pan and heat until scalded. Add cream of wheat. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce to medium-low heat; cook 5 m or until thick. Add egg whites. Heat for 1-2m longer or until egg is cooked, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Add any extra ingerdients you want (apple, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, etc.)
