Ingredients

  • 3 cups noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • one 8 oz. container soft cream cheese with chives and onion
  • 1 cup smooth and creamy cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Step 2

Mix noodles, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese and pepper in large bowl.

Step 3

Place cream cheese, cottage cheese and eggs in blender. Blend until smooth. Add to noodle mixture and mix lightly. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.

Step 4

Bake35-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
