                    Ingredients
- 3 cups of shredded potatoes
 - 1 cup of shredded carrots
 - 3 TBSP of flour
 - 4 eggs
 - 2 tsp fresh chives
 - salt
 - pepper
 
Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry the shredded potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients and make into cakes.
Step 3
Fry until golden brown in hot oil.
Step 4
Put on paper towel to absorb leftover oil. Serve immediately.
