Pho Papaya Salad

  • -PHO Noodles
  • -garlic
  • -thai chili pepper
  • -shrimp paste
  • -crab paste
  • -sugar
  • -fish sauce (three crabs brand)
  • -tamarind paste concentrate
  • -lime juice and slices of lime
  • -cherry tomaoes
  • -beef meatballs, slice thinly
  • -peanuts

Step 1

Boil the beef meatballs until its cook through. Cut the meatball into thinly slices. Boil the PHO noodles until its get soft. Drain it and set aside. In a mortar, smash the thai chili pepper. Add the garlic and smash. Add the shrimp paste, crab paste. Mix. Add the fish sauce, sugar, tamarind paste concentrate. Mix. Add the tomatoes and smash lightly to bruise the tomatoes. Put the PHO noodles in a large bowl. Add the meatballs, sauce and crushed peanuts to the pho noodles and toss to coat the noodles. Serve.
