Ingredients

  • 1) 750 grams of Boneless Fish Fillets
  • 2) 3/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs
  • 3) Salt
  • 4) 3 to 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 5) 4 tbsp of Chilli Sauce
  • 6) 2 tbsp of Fish Sauce
  • 7) 1 tbsp of Cornflour
  • 8) 1 Egg
  • 9) 1/2 tsp of Mixed Dried Herbs
  • 10) 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the fish.

Step 2

Add the bread crumbs, salt, garlic, chilli sauce, fish sauce, cornflour, egg, mixed dried herbs, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 3

Make it into patties.
