Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thrawed
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 400

Step 2

Stir soup, 1/2 milk, vegetable and chicken into 9- inch pie plate.

Step 3

Stir in remaining milk, egg and baking mix in small bowl. Spread the batter over chicken mixture.

Step 4

Bake for 35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown
