Ingredients

  • Canned pumpkin
  • Unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • Pecans
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice (Allspice or Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Nutmeg)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 8 ounces of almond or rice milk into a blender.

Step 2

Add ¼ cup of canned pumpkin.

Step 3

Sprinkle in some pumpkin pie spice.

Step 4

Toss in some pecans.

Step 5

If you want a cold smoothie, add ice cubes.

Step 6
