Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • 1cup brown sugar
  • 1cup raisins
  • 2tblsp butter melted
  • Dash salt
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together the egg,sugar,salt,vanilla and lemon juice. Beat with an electric mixer until the mix is full of bubbles

Step 2

Fold in the raisins and the melted butter

Step 3

Fill pastry shells and bake at 350degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until set
