Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of Matzah softened
  • 7 to 8 apples (skinned)
  • 1/2 jar prune jelly
  • Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Put one slice of matzah, then apple, then matzah, then prune jelly

Step 2

Mix an egg and sugar and lemon juice, Put on top of pudding

Step 3

Pu on low flame for 30 minutes. Turn over after 20 minutes and then turn over again after 10 minutes
