Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 large fresh mushrooms
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
