Yogurt and Fruit

It turns out that putting dairy products together with other foods is not the best idea. This is mainly because your stomach digests milk-based products at an entirely different rate than other foods.

Fruits in particular contain acids that can be especially problematic as the stomach is trying to digest dairy, so it's best to eat your servings of yogurt and fruit at different times of day.
