Baking My Way Through GermanyThis blog is about a girl who set off to Germany to catch her dreams of becoming a pastry chef. She began an apprenticeship at a traditional German bakery, Mein Stadtbaeckerei Engelbrecht, for 3 years. She writes about her triumphs and struggles being a foreigner living in Germany while also traveling around Europe. She also gives tips and tricks in baking as she learns them along the way.
