Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Combine water and chicken stock in a large pot
- 2 quarts water
- 3 quarts chicken stock
- 2 celery stalks with leaves, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 vidalia onion, diced
- 2 bone-in chicken breasts
- 5 bone-in chicken legs
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 bag wide egg noodles (or to your liking)
Tomato Sauce

Tomato Sauce for Salads or Spagetti
- 2 big tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 whole yellow onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon (yellow) juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey or to the taste

- 1 cup of lentil beans
- 1 glass jar fill of water
Easy 5 Ingredient Salad Dressing

- Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt
- Cilantro
- Garlic
- Lemon juice (yellow)
All Raw Soup

- Ripe tomato
- Green leaves / lettuce
- Sweet potatoe
- Beets
- Red and green peppers
- Lentail sprouts
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Almonds
- Yeast flakes and dry herbs
- Lemon (yellow) juice
- Sea Salt
Mango Jam- Indian style

Peel and cut mangoes
- * 8 ripe magnos
- * 5 cups of sugar
- * 4 cups of water
- * 2 cloves
- * 1 cinnamon
- * 2 tsp vanilla
Mango Jam

Boil, steam or microwave the WHOLE mango until soft
- * 2 lbs of ripe mangoes
- * 1 1/2 cups of white sugar
- * 3/4 cups of water
- * 3 saffron threads (Optional)
Onion Dip

In saucepan over MEDIUM heat add oil & onions & salt
- * 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- * 1 1/2 cups of diced white onions
- * 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- * 1 1/2 cups of sour cream OR plain yogurt
- * 3/4 cup of mayonnaise (OPTIONAL)
- * 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- * 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- * 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
