This recipe is perfect for spring. We love it because it combines the soft, fluffiness of flan with the crunch of asparagus tips. And it's mini!
For 4 people, you'll need:
1 bunch of green asparagus (approximately 10)
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 egg
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
