  • 1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs plus one egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar (Healthy alternative: 1 1/2 cups Splenda or sugar in the raw)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons flour (Healthy alternative: 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
