Christmas Cookie Bark

First, line a baking sheet with waxed paper
- 14 whole Oreos, broken up (get the Christmas ones if you can)
- 1 1/2 cups pretzels, broken. (long skinny ones work great)
- 1 cup Christmas colored M&M's
- 1 lb white chocolate or almond bark (I used bark)
- Christmas colored sprinkles
Candy Corn Cookie Bark

Mix the broken Oreos, broken pretzels and about 3/4 cup of the candy corn on a baking sheet lined with wax paper
- 14 Whole Oreos, broken up - Halloween Oreos if you can find them!
- 1 1/2 Cups Pretzels, broken. Long skinny ones work great.
- 1 lb White Chocolate or Almond Bark - I used Almond Bark
- 1 Cup Candy Corn
- Brown and Orange colored sprinkles
Old Fashioned Potato Candy

Peel and slice potato. In small sauce pot, cover potato slices with water and cook over medium heat until soft
- 1 small potato
- 2 pounds confectioner's sugar
- peanut butter
Crockpot Lasagna Soup

NOTE about beef: The pictured meet is the vegetarian crumble
- 1 lb ground beef (or vegetarian crumble)
- 3 cups of beef broth (or vegetable broth to make vegetarian)
- 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 TB dried parsley
- 1 TB dried basil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1, 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1, 6oz can of tomato paste
- 1 cup V8 (or any vegetable drink)
- 2 cups uncooked shell pasta
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup of water
- Optional topping- shredded cheese
Chicken Mozzarella Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 pound Penne Or Rigatoni
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Plus More For Drizzling
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Small Bite-sized Pieces
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Large Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 jar (25 Ounce) Good Quality Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (more To Taste)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Parsley
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Cut Into Medium Cubes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Shavings
- Extra Parmesan, For Serving
- 12 whole Basil Leaves (chiffonade)
Slow Cooker Chili

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick saucepan over moderately high heat
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 (14.5) oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (15 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- Serve topped with:
- Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, chopped red or green onions, cilantro, roasted peppers, or hot sauce
Vegetable Soup

Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups chopped onions or thinly sliced leeks (whites only)
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 3 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 8 cups mixed fresh or frozen vegetables, such as carrots, corn, green beans, lima beans, peas, potatoes, and zucchini (cut larger vegetables into smaller pieces)
