Taco Soup

Brown Meat and drain. Put all the ingredients into the crock pot
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
- 1 pkg. Ranch (dry) dressing Mix
- 2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
- 2 Cans Rotel
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Cans Beans (Chili or Pinto)
Hearty Potato Soup

In a large pot cook potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery in water till tender
- 6 Medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 Carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 Celery stalks, diced
- 2 quarts water
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups of Milk
- 1 Cups Shredded Cheese
