Chicken & Dumplings

In a large pot over high heat, combine the chicken with water to cover the chicken

- 1 Can of Cream of Celery
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom
- 1 (12 oz) pkg of refrigerated biscuit dough ( the cheap kind)`
Emergency Steak

Mix all ingredients in a bowl together
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 T. Minced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 Cup of dry bread crumbs
Chicken Stuff

Boil chicken breast and then chop up into bite sized pieces
- Chicken Breast skinless boneless
- Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- Sour cream (little container)
- Ritz Crackers
Fantasy Fudge

Mix sugar, butter, and milk in a microwave bowl and microwave uncovered for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes
- 3 Cups of Sugar
- 3/4 Cup of butter
- 1 small can of evaporated milk (only need 2/3 cups)
- 1 pkg 12 oz baking chips (can use any flavor you would like to)
- 1 Jar 7oz Marshmallow Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
Sweet Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 5 Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of margarine
- 1 Tbsp of Vanilla
- 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
- 1 (10.5 oz) pkg miniature marshmallows
Simplest Homestyle Meatloaf

Super simple meatloaf feels comforting and homey
- 1 lb of Ground Beef
- Handful of oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- Ketchup
- Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper. (Cut into small pieces)
- Salt, Pepper, & Onion Powder
Nana's Chocolate Pie

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, flour, & salt
- Pie:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Milk
- 3 Slightly beaten Egg Yolks
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 9 inch baked pie shell
- Meringue:
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 6 Tbsps sugar
Banana Bread (Nana's)

Mix together butter, sugar, and eggs
- 1/2 Cup of Shortening
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cup Mashed Bananas (About 3 or 4)
- 2 Cups of Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Nuts
7-up Surprise Salad (Nana's)

Dissolve together the water and Jell-O
- 2 pkgs Lemon Jell-O
- 2 Cups Hot Water
- 16oz (2 Cups) bottle of 7 Up
- 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
- Big Can of Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Cup of Pineapple Juice
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Pint Whipping Cream
Lemon Ice Box Pie (Nana's)

- 2 Egg Yellows
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
- Vanilla Wafers
- Melted Butter
