Huli Huli Chicken

This flavorful Hawaiian grilled chicken dish uses a lot of ingredients you probably already had in the kitchen!
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- a dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 piece of ginger root crushed- about a 1 inch piece
- 1/2- 1 cup of pineapple juice 4-6 chicken breasts
Oatmeal Cookies

Combine eggs, raisins and vanilla and cover with plastic wrap
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar

Restaurant-Style Garlic Mashed Potatoes

- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes (about 8 small), quartered, skin left on
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
Mushroom Pasta

- 1 bag broad egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- Oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil

- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, plus more for grating
- Salt & pepper, to taste
