Potato Chips

1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 potato, sliced paper thin (peel optional) 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Pour the vegetable oil into a plastic bag (a produce bag works well). Add the potato slices, and shake to coat.
Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 4 baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups sour cream (if you like)
Egg Rolls Fill

Season pork with ginger and garlic powder and mix thoroughly
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 quart peanut oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 ounces shredded carrots
- 8 (7 inch square) egg roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

- 10 chicken wings

- 5 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 pound sliced bacon
- toothpicks
- 2 cups barbecue sauce, your choice
- 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
Burger Sauce

Whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, onion, garlic, and vinegar in a bowl
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon white vinegar
- hot sauce to taste
- seasoned pepper to taste
