Slow Cooker Classic Chili

Classic Chili done in a Slow Cooker
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cans (15oz/ea) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (15oz/ea) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2-3 tsp chili powder
- 1-2 tsp dry hot mustard
- 3/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1-2 dried hot chili peppers(opt)
Tangy Meatballs

Enhances any Pasta Dish
- 1 lb gr beef
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced onion
- dash hot sauce
- several splashes Worcestershire
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. dried onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- dash cayenne
- salt & pepper
