Classic Carrot Cake

Combine two mixtures; gradually combine 12 ounces of strained baby food carrots
- 1st Mixture
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 ΒΌ cup Wesson Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2nd Mixture
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon (I like lots of cinnamon so I usually add more)

- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Stick melted or softened butter or margarine
- 1 box 10X Powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Easy Skillet Noodles

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain
- 8 ounces medium egg noodles
- 6 slices bacon (or use turkey bacon)
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix (1.5 oz)
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 2/3 cup water
- Parmesan cheese

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 - 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 green pepper chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 12 ounces Velveeta
- 1 pound of macaroni
