Italian Sausage Bake

Preheat oven 325 degrees
- 2 1/2 lbs fresh Italian sausage
- 2 large onions
- 2 bell peppers (I use 1 red, 1 green)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 ounces whole tomatoes, drained discarding liquid
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch sugar
Scalloped Potatoes

In a small sauce pan, melt butter and blend in flour
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheese, to sprinkle on top
- paprika
Peanut Butter Frosting

Combine ingredients in small bowl
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
Sausage Brunch Casserole/Breakfast Casserole

Place sausage in a large skillet
- 1 1/2 lbs ground pork sausage
- 1 (8oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Easy Crushed Pineapple Cake

Prepare cake mix according to instructions on the box making 2 layers and allow them to cool completely
- 1 Box of Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 1- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1-8 oz sour cream
- 1 small package Vanilla instant pudding
- 2-cans crushed pineapple
- 3/4 cup sugar
Broccoli and Rice casserole

Take the onion and chop fine and then put the butter on top of the onion and put in the microwave
- 1 Big can of cream of chicken
- 1 Bag of broccoli Florets
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick of butter or equal to a stick if you don't have it.
- 2 cups of UNCOOKED rice
- 1 big container of cheese whiz.
- 1 to 2 pounds of cheese to go on top

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
