Aunt Inez's Mac & Cheese

Grease 13x9" pan and set oven to 350`
- 1 lb cooked macaroni noodles
- 3-4 whole eggs
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Carol's Crust-less Quiche

Pre-heat oven to 375` and grease bottom of 7x11" pan
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 6 Eggs (well beaten)
- 1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb shredded monterrey jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 325`
- 1 c peanut butter (doesn't matter if creamy or crunchy)
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar (set aside)
