- - 7 - 8 tbsp
- For caramel:-
- Sugar
- Sugar (English) / Panjasara (malayalam) /
- - 7 - 8 tbsp
- Water - 200 ml
Chicken Mugalai

1)Blend well together dry red chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, 2 tsp of curd and salt, in a mixer grinder
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 16 nos
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Ginger
- - 2 small pieces
- Turmericpowder
- - A small pinch
- Onions - 3 nos
- (sliced lengthwise)
- Potatoes
- - 2 nos
- Cashewnuts
- (powdered) - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Dalda - As reqd

Rava Laddu

Fry rava with ghee in a pan till it become golden brown, keep aside
- Rava (semolina) – 1 kg
- Sugar – 1 kg
- Coconut – 1(grated)
- Milk – ½ cup boiled
- Ghee – 200 gm
- Raisin , cashew – few
Plum cake

Atleast 1 week before making cake, prepare fruit mix by soaking fruits and nuts in brandy/rum
- Dry fruits and nuts - 250 g
- Plain flour - 250 g
- Caster Sugar (Fine powdered sugar) - 250 g
- Ghee - 200 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Eggs - 250 g
- Finely powdered cinnamon and cloves - 1/2 Tsp
- Brandy/Rum - 1/2 glass
- Sugar for making caramel - 4 Tsp
Beef fry

1. Marinate the beef with chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt for at least 15 minutes
- 1. Beef - 250gm, cut into small pieces
- 2. Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 3. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- 4. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- 5. Salt - to taste
- 6. Onion - 1, finely chopped
- 7. Tomato - 1, finely chopped,
- 8. Green chili - 2, sliced in two
- 9. Garlic -3 or 4 pods
- 10. Curry leaves - as required
- 11. Oil - to fry

- Rum/Brandy – 1.5 cups

- Sugar – ½ cup

- Warm water – 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp

- Plain flour (maida) – 2 cups
- Baking powder – 1¼ tsp
- Baking soda – ½ tsp
- Sugar – 1 cup+ 2 tbsp
- Unsalted Butter – 200 gms @ room temperature
- Eggs – 4 @ room temperature
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Apricot Jam – 1 Tbsp
- For Spice Powder
- Cloves – 2
- Cardamom – 2
- Cinnamon – a small piece
- Nutmeg – a small piece
