Potatoes Stuffed with Cheese

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 5 oz cheese
  • 3 1/2 butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig of thyme

Step 1
