- For Bread Dough:
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Egg 1 (beaten)
- Warm water to knead
- For Filling:
- Boneless chicken 250g
- Water ½ cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 2-4
- Onion 1 medium
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Cheese ½ cup

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in ½ egg and oil, kneed gently to dough with warm water. Cover and rest the dough for 45 minutes to double it.
Step 2
Add chicken, water, red chili powder and salt in a cooking pan. Cover and cook on slow heat until chicken tender and water evaporates.
Shift chicken, green chilies and onion in food processor and process to mix everything. Adjust salt and chili according to your taste. Add ketchup and process again.
Transfer mixture in a bowl and mix in cheese.
Step 3
On a floured surface, roll out dough into 9 inches circle or in which size you want to make.
Step 4
Place rolled dough on greased baking tray.
Place filling in circle shape on dough about 2 inches leaving 1 inch edge all the way.
Now in center cut dough in 8 wedges to overlap on filling.
Step 5
Fold the short end of the wedge over the filling towards the outside and tuck underneath the dough. Leave for 15 minutes for rising.
Step 6
Now brush ring bread with remaining beaten egg.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
