  • Seeds from any squash (Pumpkin, Acorn Squash, etc.)
  • Salt
  • Any spices (cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, etc.)
  • Olive oil spray

Preparation

Step 1

Scoop out the seeds from the squash.

Step 2

Wash and THOROUGHLY dry them.

Step 3

Spray a baking sheet with olive oil.

Step 4

Spread the seeds out on the tray.

Step 5

Sprinkle them with salt.

Step 6

Experiment with lots of different spice combinations – whatever you have and whatever you like!

Step 7

Bake until the shells are golden, watching them carefully so you can turn them in time, to brown on the other side.
