Cordon Bleu-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Cordon Bleu-Stuffed Chicken Breasts 0 Picture


  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 pkg stuffing mix
  • 8 small chicken breast pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  • 16 slices ham
  • 8 thin slices of swiss cheese
  • 3 tbsp honey dijon dressing

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Bring water and margarine to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

Step 3

Place chicken, top-sides down, on cutting board; top with ham, cheese and stuffing. Starting at 1 short end, tightly roll up each chicken breast. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.

Step 4

Bake 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
