Grandma's Meat Loaf (for two)

Grandma made the best meatloaf I've ever had because there was a sweet, tangy sauce on it and there was always lots of sauce. It even tastes yummy when a little overcooked as the sauce gets a little crispy so you can't really go wrong with this one!
