Never thought to cook bread on your grill? Now's the time to start. Prepare a classic bread dough, and preheat your grill to 450°F. Turn it down a little bit (you don't want it too hot, or it will burn the bottom of the bread), then place a cast-iron pot on the grill and let it heat for about 15 minutes with the grill lid closed. Open the lid, toss in a bit of cornmeal, and add the dough to the pot. Close the grill again, and let the bread "bake" for 35-40 minutes. You can start checking for doneness after 30 minutes by inserting an instant-read thermometer, which should come out at 210°F. If it's still not there yet, keep cooking and monitor the temperature every few minutes.

Combine summer zucchini with leftover mashed potatoes for a delicious, savory treat!
- 5 Potatoes
- 1.5 Cup shredded zucchini
- 3/4 Cup shredded cheese
- 3/ Cup milk
- 1/3 Cup coriander, chopped
- 1/3 Cup basil, chopped
- Parmesan, to sprinkle
- Salt and pepper, to season
- Chop the potatoes in half, boil until very tender and drain.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes and zucchini. Add the grated cheese, milk, coriander, basil, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
- On a baking tray, spoon out the zucchini-potato mixture and form into balls.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and grated cheese, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- When golden, remove from oven... and enjoy!
