Do this one simple SLIMMING trick every night to lose weight

 

If you are fed up with the never-ending list of diets and exercises  that cost an arm and a leg or just aren't practical, take heart because this is has got to be one of the simplest slimming tricks ever. 

A recent scientific study has demonstrated that all it takes to lose weight is to sleep with a window open!

Oxford University professor Ashley Grossman explains that  cold air entering the bedroom via an open window helps the body to turn calorie-storing fats into heat-generating, calorie-burning ones, as it forces the body to work a little harder to maintain a healthy temperature. 

While the amount of fat burned may not be great, it sure can't hurt to throw the window open every now and then!
