The Osso Good Co is recalling approximately 1,210 pounds of beef and pork bone broth products that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection.

The beef bone broth and spicy pork bone broth products were produced and packaged between May 5, 2016 and May 5, 2017. The following products are subject to recall: View Labels (PDF Only)

1. 20-fl. oz. individual plastic pouch containing “THE OSSO GOOD CO, BEEF BONE BROTH, GRASS FED, PASTURE RAISED, NON GMO, HORMONE FREE.”
2. 20-fl. oz. individual plastic pouch containing “THE OSSO GOOD CO, SPICY PORK BONE BROTH Pastured pork bone broth with a touch of heat.”
3. 20-fl. oz. individual plastic pouch containing “THE OSSO GOOD CO, SIMPLY BEEF BROTH, AIP COMPLIANT BONE BROTH, GRASS FED, PASTURE RAISED, NON GMO, HORMONE FREE.”

The products subject to recall do not bear the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail stores in Arizona, California, Colorado, New York and Washington.

John Morrell and Co is recalling approximately 210,606 pounds of ready-to-eat hot dog products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically metal.

The beef franks items were produced on January 26, 2017. The following products are subject to recall: View Labels (PDF only)

1. 14 oz. sealed film packages containing “Nathan’s SKINLESS 8 BEEF FRANKS,” with a Use By date of Aug. 19, 2017.
2. 16 oz. sealed film packages containing “Curtis BEEF MASTER Beef Franks,” with a Use By date of June 15, 2017.

These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions or injury due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.

Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

Correctional Industries Airway Heights Food Operations,  is recalling approximately 319,000 pounds of frozen meat and poultry products due to water contamination. The products were produced using water that contained chemical levels above what is considered safe to drink.
