Ingredients

  • Mango
  • Pineapple
  • Avocado
  • Arugula
  • Red Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Cilantro
  • Sriracha
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Chop the mango, pineapple, and avocado into cubes.
  2. Dice the red onion and cucumber. 
  3. Finely chop the cilantro. 
  4. In a bowl, combine the mango, pineapple, avocado, red onion, and cucumber.
  5. Top with cilantro, salt, pepper, sriracha, olive oil, and mix.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
