This Spicy Caramel Chicken is Better than Takeout

For the chicken:

  • 4 chicken breast cut into small chunks
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • Sunflower oil 

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 cups of cooked rice to serve
