Savory Leek and Mortadella Quiche
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 5 leeks
- 3.5 oz. of Italian mortadella with pistachios (or any thinly sliced deli meat)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded gruyère cheese (or swiss, cheddar, etc.)
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fine sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
