For the sponge cake:

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup (120 g) flour
• 2/3 cup (120 g) sugar
• 1/2 packet (1.5 tsp) baking powder

For the icing

• 1/4 cup (50 g) heavy cream, chilled
• 2 tbsp mascarpone
• 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  

For the decoration:

• blue and white snowflake sprinkles
• blue and white edible pearls
