Maine Lobster Rolls

You don't have to live in Maine to enjoy these New England-style lobster rolls, loaded with cooled chunks of fresh lobster meat, mayonnaise and lettuce. The buns are traditional top-split, flat-sided buns, but if you can't find these, regular hot dog buns will work just fine.
