Pulled Pork Sliders

Juicy, slow-cooked pulled pork piled onto soft slider buns with a crisp, tangy coleslaw—these bite-sized sandwiches are game-day perfection. Whether made in a slow cooker or oven, they’re effortless to prepare and packed with bold, smoky flavor. Serve them up with extra BBQ sauce for the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients (for 12 sliders):

For the Sliders:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder (or pork butt)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 12 slider buns

For the Coleslaw:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage mix
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season pork with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until tender. Shred with two forks.
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 min.
  3. Pile pulled pork onto slider buns, top with coleslaw, and serve!
