1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled and cooked
3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 cup canned corn, drained
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Grease a 9x13-inch or 10" round casserole dish.
Spread the hash browns evenly in the dish, then layer with cooked sausage and corn.
