Overnight Chia Pudding

This creamy, nutrient-packed chia pudding comes together effortlessly overnight, making it the perfect no-fuss Easter brunch addition. Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, nuts, or granola

Instructions:
