Grilled Corn on the Cob

Charred to perfection, grilled corn on the cob is a summer must-have. A quick brush of butter and your favorite seasoning makes this simple side irresistibly good. Serve with lime wedges for a bright finish.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 6 ears corn, husked
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt, pepper, and chili powder (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush corn with melted butter and season as desired.
  3. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred, 10-12 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with lime wedges, if using.
