Instructions

Heat water in a pot to cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. While that cooks, finely chop up the onion, parsley, cucumber, tomato, turkey bacon, hard-boiled egg, and chicken breast. Dump all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix them together.

Next, add the feta cheese, crumbling it into small pieces with your hands, then the avocado in slices and the pistachios. When the bulgur is ready, rinse it with cold water, let it dry, and then add it to your salad, along with the garbanzo beans.

Season the salad with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. You can serve it on  bed of mixed lettuce or directly in small bowls. Enjoy!
