Mimosa aren't just for brunch and bridal showers. This recipe adds in even more fruits, like pineapple and grenadine to make the champagne sparkle. Mix the fruit juices in a punch bowl ahead of time, and pour in the freshly fizzy champagne just as your guests arrive. It's great for early afternoon holiday parties.
